2. Provide proof of identification, which can be a driver's license, utility bill or a council tax letter.
3. Submit proof of entitlement to the registration number, which may include a logbook (V5C), certificate of entitlement (V750), retention certificate (V778), or a renewal reminder for vehicle tax or SORN (V11 or V11NI). Ensure that all documents are valid and up to date to facilitate a smooth processing experience
